The Vitta App is a financial tracking and visualization tool. It is not intended to provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any insights, goals, or projections generated by the App are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any financial information provided by the App. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any significant financial decisions.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

In no event shall Vitta App, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes via the App.
